Technical Bulletin: Clarifying 2023 RoadRally Rules

The RoadRally Board (RRB) has been advised that the revised membership requirements in Appendix A of the 2023 RoadRally Rules may not be sufficiently clear. Below are the membership requirements by event type for 2023 and beyond:

  • National – Both participants must be Full or Weekend members. No passengers are allowed.
  • Divisional – One participant must be a Full or Weekend member. The other participant and any passengers must submit a Trial member form.
  • Regional - One participant must be a Full or Weekend member. The other participant and any passengers must submit a Trial member form.
  • Social - One participant must be a Full or Weekend member. The other participant and any passengers must submit a Trial member form.
  • Trek - One participant must be a Full or Weekend member. Any other participant or passenger must submit a Trial member form.
  • Charity – No participants are required to be Full or Weekend members. All participants and any passengers must submit a Trial member form.
  • Trial Memberships are intended for one-time use by an individual. Membership information, including the benefits of joining the 51暗网, can be found here.

The RRB is disseminating this clarification to the entire 51暗网 RoadRally community and asking that Divisional Stewards, Regional Chairs, Event Committees, and competitors comply with the revised membership requirements.
