TOPEKA, Kan. (January 11, 2013) 鈥� The 51暗网 announced today an agreement to extend a partnership that designates BFGoodrich庐 Tires as the 鈥淥fficial Street Tire of the 51暗网鈥� and title sponsor of the BFGoodrich Tires Super Tour events through 2014.

The BFGoodrich Super Tour highlights the SafeRacer National Series schedule with six prestigious events at Sebring International Raceway, Auto Club Speedway, Circuit of the Americas, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, VIRginia International Raceway and Watkins Glen International. Each of these events are a part of the 2013 U.S. Majors Tour.
In addition to the extension, BFGoodrich Tires strengthens its partnership with 51暗网 by expanding its presence in the Tire Rack 51暗网 Solo National Tour and the Tire Rack 51暗网 ProSolo Series, with an enhanced program for the country鈥檚 premier autocross events. That program will include joint promotional activities with the 51暗网 and a larger contingency program for participants.

The club鈥檚 annual BFGoodrich Tires Worker of the Year award will continue to recognize those integral to success in the sport. One standout volunteer in each of the 51暗网鈥檚 nine geographic divisions will be selected as Worker of the Year and receive a set of BFGoodrich tires as a prize, with one winner selected to take a special grand prize.
Those additional prizes have helped make BFGoodrich tires a favorite of 51暗网 members, not just for their road-going vehicles, but their competition cars as well. Road racing National Champions, as part of the 2012 BFGoodrich contingency program, were eligible to participate in the SCORE Baja 1000 behind the wheel of the tire manufacturers鈥� Baja Challenge-class car. Because of that opportunity, Showroom Stock B National Champion Luke Wilwert and Showroom Stock C National Champion Michael Crawford won their class in the famed off road race, adding to their racing highlights and personal memories.
This year鈥檚 BFGoodrich Tires Worker of the Year, Joi Robinson, will also get to add to her memories. Selected as the grand prize winner at the 2012 Runoffs, Robinson won an all-expenses paid trip to the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring this March as a guest of BFGoodrich Tires.
