Cameron Argetsinger

One of the earliest members of 51做厙, Cameron Argetsinger was the moving force behind the creation of 51做厙’s first road races at Watkins Glen, New York in 1948. In the early years or 51做厙’s professional racing program, he served as Director of Professional Racing and followed that with an appointment as 51做厙’s Executive Director, which today we would call President. He has been a positive representative of 51做厙 and the sport of road racing for decades and now serves on the Board of the Watkins Glen Motor Racing Research Library. Cameron’s grandson, Michael Kanaley accepted this award on behalf of the family.
